The terms "Salams," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Salams. Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.

By visiting, browsing, interacting with, or purchasing from Salams, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Salams seeks to thoughtfully select products relevant to Muslim households and lifestyles.

For products where ingredients, sourcing, or halal certification may be relevant, we strive to provide accurate information based on information supplied by manufacturers, suppliers, certifying organizations, product labels, or other sources reasonably available to us.

When Salams describes a product as halal-certified, we intend that description to be based on identifiable certification or documentation available to us.

A statement that a product has been ingredient reviewed, is plant-based, contains no identified animal-derived ingredients, or has no established halal certification should not be interpreted as a formal religious ruling or halal certification.

Certification status, ingredients, manufacturing processes, and formulations can change. Customers with specific religious, dietary, allergy, or ingredient requirements should review the current product packaging and certification information and contact us with questions before purchasing.

Salams does not issue religious rulings or fatwas.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order enters fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

The price charged will normally be the price displayed when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Salams currently primarily serves customers within the United States.

Most orders are processed within approximately 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Estimated delivery times are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, holidays, address problems, inventory availability, fulfillment partners, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Third-Party Fulfillment

Salams may work with manufacturers, distributors, warehouses, and other third-party fulfillment partners to store, prepare, or ship certain products.

As a result:

  • Products in the same order may sometimes arrive separately

  • Return destinations may differ depending on the product
  • Packaging may vary by fulfillment location

Regardless of the fulfillment method used, your purchase is made from Salams, and Salams remains your customer-service contact for your order.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Salams is powered by Shopify, which provides technology that enables us to operate our online store.

However, purchases made through the Salams store are transactions directly between you and Salams.

Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Salams.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for the products purchased from Salams or for losses, injuries, or damages arising from transactions between you and Salams.

Section 13 - Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted through Shopify, Shopify also processes certain information relating to your access to and use of the Services.

This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from Salams' own wrongful conduct.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
